Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a respected and growing name in the UK construction industry, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, residential, and public sectors. With a strong reputation for collaboration, innovation, and reliability, they are seeking to expand their commercial team with an experienced site-based Quantity Surveyor based across Manchester and Liverpool

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced, site-focused environment. You'll be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of live projects, ensuring financial efficiency and successful delivery in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and progress claims
Conduct regular site visits and collaborate with delivery teams
Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, and payment cycles
Track and report on project costs and financial performance
Provide contractual and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policiesWhat We're Looking For

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within subcontractor sector
Strong cost control, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
Proactive and detail-focused with excellent communicationWhat's on Offer
