Architectural Technologist
We are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join a leading design-led practice in Leeds City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an award-winning, AJ Top 100 team on high-profile projects. With a strong focus on design excellence, this role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative environment where creativity and technical expertise come together to deliver outstanding architectural solutions. Our client work within a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus at the moment on Commercial, Mixed-Use, Education and Industrial projects varying from £5m to £100m+ in value.

Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary: £32,000 – £40,000 DOE

Architectural Technologist Job Overview
Work on the design and delivery of complex projects across Education, Industrial, Commercial and Mixed – Use sectors
Opportunity to work across all RIBA Stages & run projects where / if appropriate
Produce and review technical packages
Research and develop new ideas and solutions
Assist with Client liaison where appropriate
Attend design team meetings
Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry best practice
Successfully deliver projects to a high standard and quality
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
Understanding of Planning Process and Building Regulations
2+ years relevant UK experience
Progressive person willing to achieve MCIAT status in the future with support
Knowledge of NBS advantageous
Excellent knowledge of Revit
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about sustainability and innovation in architecture
Live within a commutable distance of Leeds City Centre
