Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Client: Design-Led Construction Consultancy

I'm working on behalf of a reputable, design-led construction consultancy based in Central London to recruit a MRICS Building Surveyor who is looking for more than just routine project work.

This role offers the chance to be part of a consultancy that is selective about the work they take on – focusing on well-designed, high-impact schemes that range from high-end refurbishments and heritage buildings to bespoke commercial and mixed-use developments. Their projects are both technically challenging and creatively rewarding.

Project and professional work across the commercial, residential, and heritage sectors
Client advisory on building pathology, TDD, contract admin, dilapidations and refurbishment
