Contracts Manager – Fire Protection
Location: Kent (Office & Site-Based)
Hours: Full-Time | 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE
Holidays: 28 days per year (including bank holidays)

Your Role:
As Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle-from estimation to completion-ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction at every step. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in leading by example.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing and programming projects from brief to handover
Estimating and overseeing installation of passive fire protection systems and intumescent coatings
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and health & safety regulations
Conducting site visits and working closely with site teams and clients
Producing and managing RAMS, H&S documentation, and BORIS system updates
Attending review meetings and contributing to business development
What You'll Bring:
3+ years in a Contracts Manager role within fire protection or a related field
Expertise in passive fire systems and fire stopping techniques
SMSTS and CSCS certifications (valid and in date)
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Experience using the BORIS system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
