Architect or Technologist

Hays Architecture Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a thriving and design-led architectural studio in Woking, as they look to appoint a Senior Architect or Technologist to join their growing team. With a portfolio that spans bespoke private homes and developer-led residential schemes across Surrey, Hampshire, and Outer London, this studio is known for its thoughtful design and technical excellence. This is a senior-level role, working closely with the studio owner, offering a genuine opportunity to influence projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage residential projects through all RIBA stages
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Oversee site progress and ensure design integrity is maintained through to delivery
Identify and resolve technical and site-based challenges with confidence and clarity
Contribute to the studio's collaborative and detail-oriented design cultureWhat We're Looking For:

A confident job runner with demonstrable experience in the residential sector
Strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally Revit (training can be provided)
Ability to travel independently to local project sites
