Must be based within 1 hour of Head Office (Midlands)

💼 Role Overview:

As Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple industrial and commercial projects, ensuring consistent delivery to time, budget, and quality standards. You’ll work closely with site teams, consultants, and clients, maintaining high levels of professionalism and safety.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of live projects, primarily design & build industrial units

*

Oversee site teams and liaise with subcontractors and consultants

*

Ensure programme delivery, commercial compliance, and health & safety standards

*

Lead client meetings and maintain strong working relationships

*

Input into planning, procurement, and pre-construction processes

✅ Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role

*

Midlands-based, willing to travel to local and regional sites

*

Strong knowledge of design & build projects and cost control

*

Excellent communication and team leadership skills
