Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A Building and Quantity Surveying Consultancy are expanding their QS team. As a result, they are seeking a proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor who would be interested in working on public sector, residential projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s role

Working alongside a Director, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out a dual QS and Employer’s Agent role on D&B projects within the public sector including residential and community buildings on behalf of housing associations and local authorities.

Day to day, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the Director by carrying out pre and post contract tasks, as well as taking greater ownership of smaller projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

* Ideally completed a Quantity Surveying degree

* Minimum of 18 months Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience

* Must have worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment

* Basic pre and post contract knowledge

* Comfortable WFH and in an office environment

* £35,000 – £40,000

* 2 days WFH a week
