The role:
You will need to be a self motivated, driven and dynamic No 1 Site Manager to lead the delivery of high end residential developments. The current project consists of 21 luxury units each valued at approximately £1 million. You will be the lead on site ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Manage all subcontractors, supplies and site staff.
Maintain a safe and compliant site, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for Senior Management
Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail are maintained.
You will need:

CSCS card
SMSTS
First Aid
Proven experience as a Site Manager on high end residential projects
A team player who fits in well with a collaborative and quality driven culture
