Customer Care Inspection Manager
Customer Services Inspection Manager – Residential Housebuilding
Location: Glasgow (Office-based with site visits)
We are currently working on behalf of a leading residential housebuilder to recruit an experienced Customer Services Inspection Manager to join their Customer Service team, based at their Glasgow office.
In this role, you will take ownership of client inspection works, identifying necessary remedial actions across multiple residential developments and ensuring the ongoing quality of homes post-completion. You’ll work closely with the Customer Services team to fairly assess customer-reported defects and ensure timely resolution in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key responsibilities include:

Conducting site inspections and diagnosing defects

Coordinating remedial works across developments
*
Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work
*
Attending NHBC resolution meetings and managing insurance claims where required
Candidate Profile:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Previous experience in a similar customer service/inspection role within the housebuilding sector (essential)
*
Strong understanding of NHBC Technical Requirements/Guidelines
*
Excellent customer communication skills across all formats (face-to-face, written, telephone)
*
Good organisational and time management abilities
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
*
Strong administrative skills with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
