Our client is one of the UK's leading Project Management consultancies with an unrivalled portfolio of delivery of landmark projects.

The business is currently working on the conversion of a grade II listed building into a mixed use development including hotel and apartments in central Manchester.

This opportunity is to assist the Commercial Manager in bringing together and correlation of the commercial administration on the project and will require someone with good use of excel skills and an attention for detail.

ideal for a QS graduate or someone who is looking to build on their initial quantity surveying experience. The opportunity, whilst initially on a freelance basis, very much has scope to become permanent if the successful individual shows consistency in their approach and is professional in their manner
