Multiskilled Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Bias Multi-skilled engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide all-round engineering support, maintaining the building infrastructure. Have a detailed understanding of all new or current Building Services systems

* Hours – Rolling 07:00 AM – 16:00 PM or 10:00 – 19:00 PM changing each week

* Pay – £23 per hour

* Location – EC2V 7PG

Duties

* Ability to work under pressure

* Building Electrical Installation (associated panels, equipment, and circuits).

* Emergency lighting.

* Lighting Control system.

* Building Management Systems (BMS)

* detection systems

* Air conditioning System, VAV, FCU’s and Chilled beams.

* Single and three phase motors.

* UPS system and associated control systems.

* Operation of LV systems (training and familiarization with this system will be made available).

* Building Mechanical Installation (associated panels, equipment, and circuits

Qualifications

* Experience in building services, working within financial / critical environments

* Apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical maintenance

* City and Guilds 236 A&B (2360 parts 1 and 2) or equivalent would be desirable

* IET 18th edition would be desirable

* City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection would be desirable

* Water Hygiene/Legionella Management experience desirable

* Ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances

* Good knowledge of building services and legislation

* Have both mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
