A leading client-side property management business is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager for a contract or temporary assignment overseeing a portfolio of high-profile commercial properties across Birmingham.
This is a key interim role ideal for a hands-on, proactive FM professional who can hit the ground running and maintain high standards across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day facilities operations across multiple commercial sites.
Oversee service providers for delivery of both hard and soft FM services.
Ensure ongoing compliance with health & safety regulations and internal standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor PPM schedules, budget adherence, and service charge reporting.
Support ongoing sustainability and asset improvement initiatives where applicable. Requirements:
Proven experience in multi-site FM management within commercial property.
Sound understanding of building operations, compliance, and contractor oversight.
Strong communicator with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
Relevant FM or H&S qualifications (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM) are desirable.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally. What’s on Offer:
