Multi Skilled Engineer

Our Client is hiring a Multi Skilled Engineer in West Midlands. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact while you grow professionally.

The Role
As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you’ll:
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance building systems working in a pair.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and basic plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• Assist in shift work, ensuring operational excellence during your 4 on 4 off schedule 8AM – 7PM.
• Participate in a call-out rota to address urgent maintenance needs.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment through teamwork and communication.

You
To be successful in the role of Multi Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring:
• Relevant experience in HVAC systems or a related field.
• Basic skills in plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts and participate in call-out duties.
