Job title: Estimator

Pay rate: £200 – £220 a day, weekly pay

Location: Wakefield, WF6 area

Contract: Temporary, start 1st July until November 2025, 40 hours a week, flexible start and finsih times

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Provide cost estimations and quotations to clients on a daily basis
Meet sub-contractors on site around the Wakefield district and relay scope of work to them to provide quotations to us
Good IT skills required and a good understanding of a CAFM system / Microsoft Excell is desired
Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential
Sucessful candidate must be client facing and deal with client almost daily (answering emails, responding and providing updates)
