Operations Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to ensure the successful delivery of services in a financially sustainable and operationally efficient manner. This role requires a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective partnerships with clients and residents.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of a high-performing contract, ensuring all services meet or exceed client expectations.

Take full responsibility for managing and motivating both directly employed staff and subcontractors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and resident groups.
*
Oversee project progress, ensuring all works are completed to the required specifications and standards.
*
Promote and enforce high standards in health, safety, quality, and environmental practices.
*
Manage and support a team including Supervisors, Administrators, and Resident Liaison Officers.
*
Oversee recruitment, training, development, and retention of team members.
Requirements
*
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance at all levels.

In-depth understanding of contract management principles and best practices.
*
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a busy, varied workload.
*
Must hold a clean DBS certificate.
*
Full UK Driving Licence required.
Salary: £55,000 + car allowance
