Interim Category Manager

We are currently working with a market leading Professional Services Organisation who are looking to recruit an Interim Category Manager on an initial Fixed Term Contract basis. This role will be based out of London 3 days per week.

Description

As Interim Category Manager, duties will include, however, not be limited to:

Collaborate in cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and legal to align procurement goals.
Develop and execute category specific sourcing strategies that align to departmental business objectives and overall business goals.
Perform spend analysis to identify areas of spend optimisation and return on investment.
Monitor, collate and analyse supplier performance data, to assess value for money and supplier improvement opportunities.
Provide procurement partnering support services

Profile

A successful Interim Category Manager should have:

Previous Category Management experience within the private sector
Be able to work in London 3 days per week
Immediately Available to start a contract ASAP

Job Offer

Salary up to circa £85,000 per annum
Flexible working arrangements, including three days per week in London.
Immediate Start opportunity
Contract role with possibility for extension
