You.

They've got passion, enthusiasm and excellent design skills as well as the best of tools and tech to do the job. You're role will be to help them make the most of all those assets, nurture their skills and help with project delivery across a range of sectors. You'll have a particular focus on healthcare and complex, commercial schemes; you won't be looking at plasterboard palaces here!

Your input into winning work won't extend beyond contributing to RFI's and attending client meetings. In short, it's the perfect for you if you consider yourself to be an engineers, engineer.

You'll need to have:

At least ten years worth of experience in building services design, with more than a passing awareness of healthcare schemes
A passion for helping others develop their skills
Membership of CIBSE or the IET, ideally Chartered Status.
Fluency with UK design regulations and standards
