Freelance Site Manager
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a smaller developer who specialises in both private homes and care homes. They have a good reputation within this type of market and are now seeking a freelance site manager to help complete the existing site based in Burford.
Start from Monday 30th June, 4 months, finishing off some timber frame flats on a tight site. Would be 2nd fix onwards through to completion and handover. Must have experience in timber frame, housing, flats and commutable to Burford area.
£280-£300 per day DOE on experience and must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card
