MEPRevit/Cad Coordinator

Kenny Recruit are working with a building services contractor who provide the design & build of heating, air conditioning, electrical systems and security systems to find a MEPRevit/Cad Coordinator.

Pay: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Surrey (office based)
Working hours: 8:30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

* Develop MEP Consultants RIBA Stage 4 technical drawings into a fully co-ordinated design.

* Producing 2DMEP drawings from consultants / sub-contractors design or from in-house engineers mark-ups.

* Producing fully co-ordinatedMEP 3D Models – combining architectural / structural / MEP Consultants designs.

* Site visits to discuss design issues.

* Site surveys to establish on-site conditions.

* Teams meetings to discuss project with the design team.

Requirements:

* RevitMEP minimum 2 year full time.

* Autocad minimum 2 year full time.
