Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in project delivery and team coordination. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Coordinating with clients and principal contractors to ensure smooth project execution
Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards
Managing procurement of key materials, including long lead-time items
Participating in design and planning meetings during pre-construction phases
Ensuring all necessary documentation and information is available for on-site teams
Monitoring labour allocation and project timelines to ensure efficiencyIdeal Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and commercial awareness. The ideal candidate will have:
A background in managing electrical installations, including labour and material oversight
Recognised qualifications as an Approved Electrician or equivalent academic credentials
Experience handling projects valued up to £800,000
A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ideally based in or around Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or NorthamptonshireAbout the Employer
