MEP Revit Coordinator

Hays are working with a building consultancy in Surrey to assist them in hiring an MEP Revit/CAD Coordinator. The company is a well-regarded and established M&E Building Services Contractor providing consultancy services across Design & Build, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Electrical Lighting, Power, Fire Alarms & Security.The Revit team develop MEP RIBA Stage 4 technical drawings into a fully co-ordinated design and RIBA Stage 5 ready for on-site installation. This involves redesigning services to suit on-site conditions through their in-house M&E engineers alongside
specialist subcontractors.

Key responsibilities:

– Producing 2D MEP drawings from consultants / subcontractors design or from in-house engineer mark-ups.
– Producing fully co-ordinated MEP 3D Models – Combining Architectural, Structural, and MEP Consultants designs.
– Attending site visits to discuss design issues.
– Conducting site surveys to establish on-site conditions.
– Frequent Teams meetings to discuss projects with the design team.
