Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for the maintenance and repair of renewable energy heating and hot water systems, supporting both customers and colleagues with technical advice. Communication and teamwork are key, as you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faults in renewable systems

Provide technical support to customers and team members

Maintain accurate job records and updates

Ensure Health & Safety standards are met

Manage stock ordering and parts availability

What You’ll Need

Experience with renewable energy heating and hot water systems (essential)

*

Strong communication and customer service skills

*

Gas qualifications (desirable)

*

Valid UK Driving Licence

*

Willingness to undergo background checks
