Job Title: Business Development Manager – Technical Sales (Thermal Break / Aluminium Systems)

About the Role:

We're hiring for an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of sales and market development across the UK for a premium thermal break system used in aluminium windows, doors, and façades. This is a field-based, national role focused on driving specifications and building trusted relationships with system partners, fabricators, consultants, architects, and façade engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow a defined UK territory, developing business with new and existing accounts

Deliver sales growth across defined product ranges within the building envelope

*

Drive specifications at early project stages and manage through to order placement

*

Understand and respond to customer technical requirements

*

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events

*

Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and project delivery

Essential Criteria:

*

Proven experience in technical product sales within the construction, fenestration, or façade sector

*

Strong working knowledge of aluminium profile systems and thermal break technology

*

Able to communicate confidently with technical stakeholders including specifiers, façade engineers, and fabricators

*

Self-motivated, structured and capable of managing a large territory independently

*

Full UK driving licence
