Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects across their full lifecycle. You'll be involved from feasibility through to completion, managing key stakeholder relationships, overseeing design and construction coordination, and ensuring all elements of delivery meet client expectations. This role offers a clear route to progression and chartership, making it ideal for an Assistant Project Manager ready to take the next step.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will support the day-to-day management of live projects and contribute to the success of wider delivery teams. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, preparing key documentation and reports, and leading communications with project stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing multidisciplinary design and delivery teams
Coordinating planning applications and statutory approvals
Overseeing site activity and contractor performance
Producing and presenting reports at various project stages
Supporting bids and developing new business opportunities
Contributing to client governance and reporting processes
The Project Manager
To be successful as a Project Manager, you will ideally have:
Proven experience in construction project management
A relevant degree in Construction, Engineering or similar
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Competence with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Report writing and presentation delivery skills
A collaborative, personable approach and willingness to learn
