Position: Operations Manager – Social Housing
Location: Stratford
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £55k per annum+ Benefits

The Role:
As a Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and financially viable delivery of our contracts. You'll be the key liaison between our teams, clients, and residents-ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high standards across all areas of service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to exceed business and operational expectations
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of full-time staff and subcontractors
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and resident groups
Monitor contract progress to ensure work is completed to the agreed specification and standard
Promote and uphold quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance
Oversee and support Supervisors, Admin staff, and Resident Liaison Officers
Manage recruitment, retention, training, and development across your team
Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple disciplines
Proven ability to manage high workloads and changing priorities
Clean DBS check
Full UK Driving Licence
