Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates and cost analysis for civil engineering projects.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Analyse blueprints and other technical documents to provide accurate material and labour estimates.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary data for estimating purposes.

Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and provide support during the bidding process.

Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure accuracy through the project lifecycle.

Participate in meetings and generate reports to track estimating performance.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the civil engineering field.

Strong knowledge of estimating software and tools.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet tight deadlines.

Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
