Location: Andover, Hampshire
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee daily operations of building systems, including HVAC and security. Coordinate contractors for maintenance and ensure timely inspections.
Health & Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the HSE Manager to uphold health and safety regulations, manage fire safety systems, and maintain emergency procedures.
Facilities Management: Manage office layout, cleaning, waste disposal, and security services. Ensure efficient procurement of facility services.
Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and manage the facilities budget, monitor expenses, and report on sustainability initiatives.
Project Management: Lead capital improvement projects and facility upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Facilities Manager in a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of building systems and health & safety legislation.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing facility is essential.
NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is a plus but not required.
Facilities Management or Building Services qualification is desirable.
First Aid and Fire Marshall training is advantageous.
