EHS Advisor
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an EHS Advisor to their team in Manchester. This position will be based on our UK projects with travel to various sites nationwide.

What will you be doing?
Assist the EHS Manager in achieving their Critical Success Factor 1. ‘To ensure they are fully compliant in all Health, Safety & Workplace Legislation’
Work effectively with the Project Manager and Construction Team with the implementation of the Integrated Management System
Ensure the site is adequately set up with a Site-Specific Construction EHS Plan.
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all their HRA’s and ensure that they are identified and effectively controlled on site.
Assist with the development of Risk Assessment & Method Statements
Assist with the development of SOP’s and provide training and communication to site personnel.
Report and Investigate incidents when they occur and ensure root causes are identified, mitigated and communicated.
Is this job for me?
Suitable Candidates must have Relevant Health and Safety Diploma / Degree and Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Environmental Health and Safety role.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines together with a high attention to detail.
Ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
Enjoy working as part of a high performing team.
