The Role
 
As the Site Supervisor, you’ll:

Oversee a window replacement project valued at £1.3 million to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Supervise mechanical and electrical aspects as needed to maintain project standards.
Manage safety protocols while working at heights, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Conduct pre-enabling and post-completion work to facilitate smooth project transitions.
Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals. You
 
To be successful in the role of Site Supervisor, you’ll bring:

Experience in site supervision, particularly in window replacement or similar projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is a plus.
Ability to work at heights safely and efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
