Engineering Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design integration strategy for a prestigious infrastructure project in London. This role ensures alignment between detailed design, subcontractor inputs, and new design scope. You’ll act as a key interface between internal teams, subcontractors, and major stakeholders.

What You Will Need

Proven design integration experience on major station or rail system projects.
Demonstrated technical leadership on at least one large-scale infrastructure programme.
Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
Chartered membership of a professional engineering institution, or demonstrable career-equivalent experience.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills, particularly with designers, asset owners, operators, and subcontractors.
