They are now seeking a capable and enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to join their established management team at our award-winning offices near Lymington, Hampshire.

About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a central part in the smooth running of our projects and our growing business. You will work closely with the project management and commercial teams, helping to coordinate projects from tender stage through to completion. Your responsibilities will evolve over time, making this a varied and rewarding role with room for progression.
Typical Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to help ensure projects run to programme.
* Support the management team by updating and maintaining the Project Hub and other tracking systems.
* Send out tender enquiries to trusted subcontractors and suppliers, and follow up to ensure timely responses.
* Order construction materials and assist with researching alternative options where needed.
* Keep project files and documentation organised and up to date, using both digital and physical formats.
* Assist the Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers with administrative and commercial tasks.
* Help manage internal databases and carry out general office support tasks as required.
The Right Person Will Have:
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent written and numerical skills.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* A clear and confident communication style, both on the phone and in writing.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks.
* Good attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
* The ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, while working well as part of a team.
