Freelance Site Manager

I am currently working with a main contractor who are a refurbishment specialist, currently seeking to recruit a freelance site manager for a period of 8 weeks.
The project is a small industrial refurbishment of a retail premises within Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
The Site Manager's primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This will also involve managing resources, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. The work will involve forming door openings, brickwork, roof work and cladding cleaning.
Requirements;
* Valid CSCS card / SMSTS / First Aid / Right to Work.
* Available to start on 30.06.2025
* Proven track record in similar site management roles.
Rate;
