Assistant Site Manager

My client is a large PLC developer who are looking for an experienced "No2" on a busy scheme in Northamptonshire.

Details of the role are as follows:

The role requires someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in superstructures and external works on traditional build housing.
There are two Finishing Foreman on the scheme so if your experience lies mainly within internals and finishing, you wont be right for this
Its a fast moving scheme – a number of CML's required by the end of 2025
A well resourced scheme with plant, managers and daily deliveries, the phase runs until March 2026.
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certs are desired
£250 per day PAYE – you will be reimbursed for employers costs which will be paid ONTOP of £250 per day
