Project Manager – Lancashire – Up to £50,000 + Hybrid + Benefits – Ref: 1553
I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work for one of the UK's leading Bespoke Manufactures.
The organisation has a fantastic background having been established for over 15 years. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on very interesting projects globally and specialise in the furniture industry.
To support the growth of the business and to be able to deal with the amount of work they have on going, a new role has come to fruition and they have the need to appoint another Project manager on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Project Manager, you are responsible for going into the workshop and interpretate the drawings, making changes as and when is applicable to make sure the drawings are hitting the specific requirements for the clients. In addition to this you will be required to manage budgets and stick to strict time frames to ensure projects run smoothly. Within this role you will be managing a minimum of 10 suppliers and liaising with the Workshop staff members frequently to make sure specifications are met.
Ideal Requirements:
Minimum of 5 Years experience as a Project Manager
Knowledge of Bespoke Furniture Manufacturing
Be confident in managing projects over £1million.
Experienced in read technical drawings.Desirable:
Previously a Joiner or Machinist with a Bespoke background
Ability to change designs using AutoCAD or Rhino(If you haven't got Project Management experience but are an experienced Joiner / CNC Machinist with a Timber background and want to transition into a Project Manager role, you will also be strongly considered)
