Contracts Manager

Headley have a live vacancy with a fit out contractor based in West Yorkshire who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager.

The company are a well established SME with a reputation for providing an excellent service, offering a good quality of work and contracts for an exclusive client base

The bulk of the work they do is in the retail sector, and we are seeking experienced contract managers who have worked in the shopfitting arena.

Key duties of the role would include:

* Managing multiple contracts, dealing with all aspects from client relationship, through manufacturing and installation.

* Planning, programming and reporting on projects as they progress, with a view to cost, timescale and quality

* Dealing with related 3rd parties and subcontractors, whilst remaining the key point of contact for clients.

* Working closely with internal teams in design, production, installation, and any 3rd party labour as required

Experience required:

* Project manager or contract manager or similar experience in the shopfitting industry

* Understanding of related manufacturing processes, bespoke joinery in particular

* Able to manage concurrent projects

* Well organised, credible with clients and with a commercial outlook
