Senior Site/Project Manager

Senior Site/Project Manager – High-End Listed Building Conversion (12-Month Contract)
Immediate Start Available – Outside IR35

We’re working with a small but ambitious developer, who are delivering something genuinely unique near Dundee. They are creating family homes within a series of listed buildings on a historic site – and now they need  to bring in an experienced Senior Site or Project Manager to lead the charge through the final, critical fit-out phase.

The Project:
This isn’t your standard new-build estate. The listed buildings are being restored and transformed into twelve bespoke homes. The building envelopes have already been refurbished. Now it’s time to focus on the internals.

What’s Involved:
You’ll be the go-to person on site. That means:

Overseeing day-to-day construction activity (primarily internal fit-out and externals)

Managing subcontractors and trades already appointed

Working autonomously, proactively solving problems and pushing the job forward

Reporting directly to the business owners

Who We’re Looking For:
You’re probably someone who’s tackled complex refurb or listed building projects before. You know that no two walls are quite the same, and that managing heritage details takes a different kind of care and experience. You’re hands-on, comfortable leading from the front, and just as happy running a tight site as you are updating everyone on progress.

We’re not fussed about endless accreditations – although having a First Aid Qualification would be a bonus. The right person is what matters most.

What You’ll Get:

A one-of-a-kind project you can really get stuck into

A clear 12-month timeline

A supportive, tight-knit team who’ll leave you to get on with the job
