H&S Advisor

In this vital position, you'll drive the implementation of our client's Health and Safety
and Food Safety policies , ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental
regulations. Working closely with our site teams, you'll provide expertise and
strategic support across all service lines to maintain high standards and advance our
zero-harm culture.

What you'll do:
● Promote Safety Culture: Lead a positive, proactive approach to health,
safety, and risk management across all operational sites
● Policy Implementation: Develop and roll our health, safety and quality
systems, ensuring compliance and consistency across new and existing
contracts.
● Operational Support: Offer expert guidance on HSEQ matters, including
the production of site-specific documentation and maintaining business
continuity plans.
● Incident Management: Oversee the reporting, investigation, and root
cause analysis of incidents, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up.
● Continuous Improvement: Support the achievement of global and
regional health and safety goals through data-driven reviews and targeted
initiatives.

What you'll bring:

● Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent in occupational health and safety
and Chartered IOSH membership.
● Experience: Proven experience in a Facilities management setting and 5
years minimum experience.
● Skills: Knowledge of current health and safety legislation, strong
communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities and deadlines.
● Commitment: Flexibility to work outside normal hours if required in
emergency situations.
