Are you a high-performing Site Manager with a background in social housing new builds? Looking to step into a leadership role on a flagship project?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable main contractor that delivers high-quality projects across both the commercial build and residential housing sectors. With a strong pipeline and growing regional presence, they’re now looking for a proven Site Manager to join the team on a major multi-phase social housing scheme in Speke.
The Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of the site, leading day-to-day operations and ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards. This is a client-facing role, and you’ll be a key figure both internally and externally, representing the business on a high-profile scheme.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proven history of managing new build social housing or residential schemes
* Experience working with or for a main contractor
* Exceptional leadership skills – able to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
* Strong knowledge of H&S regulations, QA processes, and programme control
* Client-facing experience is essential – must be confident, professional, and solution-focused
* A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Timber frame experience is vital
