Senior Cost Manager

Senior Cost Manager – I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Cost Manager to join a rapidly-expanding construction consultancy, specialising within the fit out sector, working from a small but growing office in Bristol.

As a Senior Cost Manager you will be responsible for leading projects, including cost management, direct client interaction, liaising with sub-contractors, procurement, planning, budgeting and ensuring projects are delivered on time. Within this position specifically, you will be working with a blue-chip retail organisation on a number of fit out projects across the South West.

The starting basic salary for the Senior Cost Manager is £65k, if you have consultancy and retail experience we can push to £70k. Benefits include 27 days holiday + bank holidays, 6% company matched pension contribution, work phone and laptop, hybrid working 2-3 days per week, vitality healthcare, 40p per mile travel allowance and an excellent opportunity to progress within the company.

You must have worked on JCT Design and Build previously as this will be integral to your day to day work, previous consultancy experience is desirable and prior fit out experience within the retail sector is a must. Please get in touch if the opportunity sounds of interest to yourself.
