Are you a Part 3-qualified Architect or a strong Part 2 looking to take the next step in your career?

An established, design-led architectural and construction practice near Maidenhead is seeking a talented Architect or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their small, collaborative team.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to projects at all RIBA stages – from concept to delivery – across a mix of residential and mixed-use developments. The practice offers excellent long-term prospects and a genuine opportunity to grow with the business.

The Role

Lead or support the design and technical delivery of residential and mixed-use projects
Work across planning, building regulations, tender and construction stages
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and presentation materials

Key Requirements

RIBA Part 3 qualified (ARB registered) or Part 2 with minimum 2 years' UK experience
Experience working on UK residential or mixed-use schemes
Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit a plus)
Strong technical and detailing ability
Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable

BIM Level 2 familiarity
Experience in design & build or contractor-side coordination
Understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning procedures
