* Lead, plan, manage and deliver Projects works to time, within budget and to specification
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and sponsors
* Deliver effective line management for employees.
* Review all pre-construction information specifications/deliverables
* Develop a project plan, that includes, time, human resources and costs.
* Develop documentation, e.g Risk Assememt & Method Statements, Task Briefing Sheets
* Create and maintain a project file
* Manage risks
* Manage change
* Manage health and safety

We require:

* Project Management qualified, APM, Prince 2 or equivalent
* Significant previous experience of working in a similar role within the Electrical industry
* Holds Electrical qualifications, I.E. 18th Edition Wiring Regs, C&G 5918,
* Has a good working knowledge of CDM regulations 2015
* Has a good working knowledge of Electricity at work regulations and distribution safety rules.
* Can demonstrate a good level of commercial understanding
* Holds a full UK driving license

This role is based in Sidcup, Kent or Liverpool Street, London and is hybrid, with time on site, in either of the 2 southern based offices and a couple of day work from home after probation.

Would suit a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager or a Senior Project Engineer.
