Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Our client, a growing contractor specialising in construction and maintenance services across the UK, is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their office-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in quantity surveying, working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects.
The successful candidate will report directly to Senior Quantity Surveyors and be supported in developing their technical and commercial skills within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Benefits
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
22 days holiday plus 8 statutory Bank Holidays

Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Role Overview
Support Senior Quantity Surveyors in the preparation of cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts
Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractor packages
Help track project costs and assist with reporting and financial forecasting
Contribute to the preparation of tender and contract documentation
Attend occasional site visits to support with on-site measurements and progress checks
Maintain accurate records of variations, valuations, and project changes
Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
Recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related subject
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and progress within the construction industry
Ability to work well within a team and take direction from senior staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with construction-related software
Full UK driving licence (preferred or working towards)
