Permanent Working Foreman required on Industrial Refurbishment and Fit Out Projects

A large regional main contractor, operating in Lancashire, has a Permanent Opportunity for a Working Foreman to work on Industrial Sheds and Units.

The company has an excellent portfolio of clients,. They secure repeat business and have forged long standing relationships with key clients.

They require a hands-on Working Foreman, with a track record working on steel and indutstrial commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of contractors on high end fit out projects
• Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting quality and budget expectations
• Monitor and control project expenditure, adhering to budget constraints
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure projects meet specifications
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Trade background with experience in Industrial Sheds and Units projects.
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to work on the tools when required
• Track record of managing teams and delivering high quality fit out projects
• CSCS qualification , SSSTS.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
