Refurb Site Manager
We require an experienced Site Manager to manage a Refurb Works project on a temp to perm basis predominantly in education sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a rolling programme of works.
* Co-ordinate and manage work assigned to trade operatives and subcontractors.
* Assist in planning and scheduling of the installations and repairs.
* Monitor and update progress and key milestones on management information software.
* Ensure all work is complete safely, to a high standard, on time and within budget.
* Visit site as necessary, managing customer issues and trade operative/contractor performance.
* Maintain strong communication with residents and key stakeholders at all times.
* Liaise with Clients and attend contract performance meetings.
* Have a detailed understanding of specifications and drawings.
* Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities.
* Maintain a high level of health and safety compliance along with environmental consideration.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Refurb works
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Full Clean Drivers License

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
