Your Role:
You'll be the driving force behind all on-site health and safety initiatives, ensuring our teams work confidently, compliantly, and incident-free across every phase of construction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Designing and deploying robust Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems across all active sites.
Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and implementing rigorous preventative measures.
Leading incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed to high standards.
Ensuring strict compliance with UK legislation and ISO/OSHA frameworks.
Delivering engaging safety inductions and continuous training for employees, contractors, and site visitors.
Championing a culture of accountability through toolbox talks, campaigns, and day-to-day visibility.
Preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and board-level reporting.
Acting as the go-to liaison for HSE matters across project management, engineering, and client teams.What You'll Bring:
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar.
Industry-recognized certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or OSHA.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in construction HSE-ideally across complex builds like high-rise, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Deep understanding of UK construction safety law, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
Natural leadership ability with clear, confident communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.Preferred Extras:
Exposure to high-spec hotel, infrastructure, or industrial builds.
Familiarity with sustainability and environmental compliance protocols.
