Job Title: Site Manager – Cat A Fit Out
Location: City of London
Duration: 12 Weeks

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a fast-track Cat A fit-out in the City of London. This is a 12-week programme with a focus on high standards, efficient coordination, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure works are progressing to programme

*

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality control across all trades

*

Manage health & safety and ensure compliance with site protocols

*

Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants

*

Lead site meetings and progress reporting

Requirements:

*

Proven track record managing Cat A fit-out projects

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to manage fast-paced programmes in central London environments
