Job Title: Project Manager – £3M D&B Fit-Out

Overview:
We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £3 million Design & Build commercial fit-out in the City of London. This is a high-spec, client-facing role requiring leadership across design coordination, programme management, and on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Full project ownership from pre-construction through to handover

*

Manage client and consultant relationships throughout the programme

*

Oversee design development and coordination with internal teams and subcontractors

*

Lead on programme management, procurement, and commercial tracking

*

Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering D&B fit-out projects up to £3m

*

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

*

Track record of managing both design and delivery phases

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black), and First Aid certifications
