Project Manager

A company in the flooring sector is currently looking for a project manager to join their young vibrant team as soon as possible. 

Key Requirements;

A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing and on flooring projects.
Underflooring heating experience is an advantage.
Good leadership and management skills.
Team leader with proven experience in managing and motivating project teams.
Commercial awareness is as well as good understanding of project budgets.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Good organisational skills.
Highly motivated and wanting to advance and group in your career.Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of underfloor heating projects from design to handover, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
Act as the key point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal design and operations teams
Coordinate installation schedules and manage multiple concurrent projects across residential, commercial, and public sector developments
Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure seamless integration with wider building services
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards
Manage project documentation including RAMS, risk registers, progress reports, and client communication logs
Liaise with suppliers and internal procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Monitor project costs and variations, and report on profitability and performance against KPIs
Support pre-construction planning including surveys, feasibility studies, and client consultations
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery by feeding back lessons learned into processes and systems

Additional Information:

Salary: £50 000 to £60 000 per annum plus work-related travel allowance.

Location: Sites around North London to Cambridge areas.
