Project Manager – Housing Refurbishments

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an Industry-leading housing developer, who are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing multiple housing refurbishment projects within the East Midlands and will be reporting into our Contracts Manager.

What are we looking for?

* Experience as a Project Manager, and MUST have prior experience leading residential refurbishment projects

* A valid SMSTS qualification

* Clean valid Driving Licence

* Strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading site teams and subcontractors across multiple live sites.

* Managing programme delivery and ensuring works meet compliance & quality standards.

* Liaising with housing associations and local authorities.

* Budget monitoring and progress reporting.
