Mechanical Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical services delivery across diverse construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordination, and on-site execution—ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Manage mechanical installations from concept to completion across commercial, residential, and industrial projects

Lead on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management
*
Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with H&S, building regs, and QA standards
*
Serve as the primary client contact, providing progress updates and managing expectations
*
Monitor project KPIs, mitigating risks and implementing corrective actions where needed
Requirements
*
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent experience)
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing mechanical packages on construction projects
*
Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and fire protection systems
*
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Asta
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
